About Meredith LeConey
Built from the Inside
Meredith LeConey founded Lapis Legal in 2023 after 20 years in legal practice, including senior and executive in-house roles at GSK and Jazz Pharmaceuticals. She has supported more than a dozen product and indication launches, from first-in-class rare disease treatments to multi-billion dollar blockbuster commercial brands.
She built Lapis Legal because she knew what great legal partnership looked like from the inside, and when she was in-house she was always looking for outside counsel to provide the type of support she now offers. The kind of lawyer who has sat in your seat. Who understands the pressure on both sides of every legal and compliance question: the business side and the legal side. The one who gives you a clear recommendation instead of just a 20 page memo (but we can give you that, too, if you want it).
